WARRANTY

MCM Oil Tools, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part or product during the specified warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The warranty is valid for products purchased directly from MCM Oil Tools, Inc. or its authorized distributors. The warranty is void if the product has been subject to misuse, unauthorized repair, negligence or modification.

To make a warranty claim, contact MCM Oil Tools, Inc. within the warranty period and provide details of the issue.

MCM Oil Tools, Inc. will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, will repair or replace the defective items.

Warranty exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, storage or use.
• Product used for purposes other than intended.

The liability of MCM Oil Tools, Inc. under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall MCM Oil Tools, Inc. be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
